Balzer Yamaha and Yamaha racquets Balzer was the German distributor of Yamaha racquets in the late 70s until the mid 80s, and even became a part of the brand name, at least in the German speaking area. The Yamaha YFG-50 and YFG-70 belong to the first generation of composite raquets, dating back to 1979. They both look very beautiful and highly individual, two of my all-time favourites! And they are pretty fast, like almost all Yamaha racquets - no suprise when you think of what the Yamaha company normally produces...
